Scalable UX + admin panel built from scratch for an early-stage SaaS
Goldcast was an early-stage virtual events platform with UX debt and no scalable design foundation. I owned design execution and product thinking—shipping incremental UX improvements, rapid “quick fixes,” and designing a new admin panel from scratch while building a scalable design system.
Core UX Improvements
Incremental redesign of key organizer workflows (branding, agenda, rooms) to reduce friction while shipping safely in a lean startup environment.
Strategy + System
Built a scalable UI foundation (patterns, iconography, dev-friendly components) so the team could ship fast without breaking consistency.
Admin Panel + Design System
DESIGNED A SCALABLE COMPONENT LIBRARY TO SUPPORT CUSTOMIZATION AND LONG-TERM PLATFORM GROWTH—ALONGSIDE AN ADMIN SYSTEM BUILT FROM SCRATCH.
Outcome
